POWR eSports

One of the most watched and fastest-growing esports teams in the world, with a 6.2-million-plus subscriber audience built on Saudi Arabic content. The challenge was never reach — it was carrying the humour across the language barrier intact.

The challenge

Saudi Arabic is dense with local slang, references and comic timing that do not survive a literal translation. Run it through a generic dubbing tool and the jokes disappear, the delivery flattens, and what made the channel worth watching in the first place is gone.

On top of that, the audience knows these voices. A synthetic stand-in or a hired voice actor would have read as a different team entirely.

What we did

A native linguist proofread the Arabic-to-English translation line by line, reworking slang and humour so the intent landed for an English-speaking audience rather than translating the words and losing the joke. The same review ran for Spanish and Hindi.

Our voice cloning then reproduced each original team member's voice in all three target languages, preserving the tone and energy of the source. Captions and editing followed so the dubbed audio sat cleanly against the existing visuals.

The outcome

The dubbed versions are live on YouTube, letting POWR reach English, Spanish and Hindi-speaking audiences with the same content that built the original channel.

Crucially, it still sounds like POWR. The personality that drove the growth in Arabic came through in every language — which is the entire reason the engagement worked.

PAMYL

A women's wellness DTC brand serving over 10,000 customers worldwide with products for period pain, cramps and related discomfort. Their English creative converted — but it was doing all the work alone in markets that don't speak English.

5 creatives → 25 localised assets
The challenge

This was a performance-marketing brief, not a content brief. PAMYL had five ad creatives that already worked and wanted them running in four more languages — without the cost and delay of reshooting each one per market.

Wellness copy also carries real sensitivity. A translation that is technically correct but tonally off does more damage than no translation at all in this category.

What we did

Native linguists reviewed every line across all four languages, tuning register and phrasing for each market. The AI voice clone then matched the tone of the original ad reads, so the localised versions kept the same delivery and pacing that made the English creative convert.

Time-synced captions were added in all four languages, and the editing team adjusted layout, timing and on-screen text per market so nothing broke visually. Twenty-five finished assets went back launch-ready.

The outcome

PAMYL launched localised campaigns across all four markets from a single round of production, turning five proven creatives into twenty-five market-specific assets.

Authentic native-language ads consistently outperform English-only or poorly-dubbed creative on engagement, view-through and conversion — and that is exactly the gap this work was built to close.
